What you will be expected to achieve:

You will have multiple development teams under your guidance, including off-shore. Continuing to build the internal staff is very important. In addition, mentoring managers, improving processes, and motivating staff is key. Specifics include:

·      Leading teams to be productive and successful

·      People management – performance, development, work plans

·      Working with business teams to influence roadmaps and technology decisions

·      Financial management, budget and forecasts

·      Insuring adherence to governance, policies, and security

·      Product portfolio management



Your Experience:

 As stated above, we are searching for that highly technical, Director-level executive. You will need to have demonstrated:

·      Successes in building software products

·      Great leadership skills – we want a servant-leader

·      Proven decision-making and team building capabilities

·      Product portfolio management, and strategic roadmap planning

·      Solid understanding of an array technologies and methods, such as OOP platforms, cloud (AWS preferred) environments, Agile processes

·      Knowledge of emerging technologies, such as big data, analytics, IoT, etc.

Based upon experience. Compensation package will significantly exceed $200K
