Sales Operations Manager (Salesforce)

   
Overview: This is a very successful SaaS technology company, with over 200 clients and the largest network of partners in their industry. The company is continually growing, and customer engagement is critical. This position will work closely with the Manager of Sales Operations and will manage and support the Salesforce tools and other related software.
 
Indianapolis, IN
 
Responsibilities:
Supporting the leadership of Sales and of Revenue, this Operations Manager will be responsible for:
  • The development of regular and requested reports by the company’s key executives and board
  • Management of all Salesforce support activities, including:
    • Recommending best practices of Salesforce with the sales team
    • Use and training on connected tools, such as Linkpoint, CPQ, LinkedIn Navigator, and others
    • Database management and configuration
    • Data cleansing
    • All Salesforce administrative functions, such as access, workflows, reports, and dashboards
    • Creation and deployment of customizations and third party tools
  • Evaluate and recommend other technologies needed to improve processes related to the Salesforce platform
  • Identify potential sales process improvements
  • Assist in the training of the sales department
 
The Ideal Candidate:
We are searching for an individual who possesses good knowledge of the Salesforce platform, and a proactive attitude to improve processes and uses of the tool. Preferred background:
  • Obviously, experience working with the Salesforce product and other related tools
  • Experience managing sales operations, and proven ability to develop related processes
  • Salesforce certification preferred
  • Ability to work with teams, and to foster teamwork
  • Excellent communications skills
 
Based upon experience, target range is $80,000 - $90,000 plus benefits
