Senior Product Manager

This is an exciting growth company with a dynamic, fun culture! You will play a key role in running the solutions development process. We are seeking an experienced person who understand SaaS products.
Northern Indianapolis suburb
The Sr. Product Manager will play a critical role in defining and executing upon the product roadmap. A high degree of interaction between clients and out development teams is fundamental to this position. You will OWN user experience & product analytics, working cross-functionally with the entire solution team—product, engineering and customer success—to ensure excellence at all levels. Additionally, you will coordinate feature launches and rollouts with marketing and sales.
You will be expected to:
  • Gain a deep understanding of oiur market
  • Translate company strategy into product strategy
  • Utilize precise metrics to determine product success
Our product is a B2B, SaaS solution.
  • 5 years of experience doing product management at a B2B SaaS company, though more is preferred
  • Proven track record of building, launching and tracking success of complex products with multiple user personas
  • Experience launching “net new” products or major features (as opposed to maintaining existing products and features)t
  • Ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects
  • Experience managing a team of product owners, BAs, etc.
  • Process-oriented problem solver who is excellent at prioritization
  • Ability to inspire and lead with or without direct authority
  • Proactive and eager to shape/influence the product team and process
  • Exceptional communicator (both written and verbal, formal and informal)
  • Experience working with Sales and Marketing to drive new feature releases
  • Experience leveraging partnerships as a means for expanding a product offering
Base salary (Dependent on Experience) will be $110,000 - $130,000 PLUS bonus and stock option potential
