Why would you move to Indiana for a job in IT? Well, Indiana is a state that has been
booming in the technology sector since the 2008 recession (read more about it
here). In the Indianapolis area, the number of computer-related jobs grew by 7.3% during the recession from 2009 to 2012 (this is more than 3 times the national average of 2% for total job growth). At the end of 2015, the Indiana Economic Development Corporation announced that 20% of its deals in the record setting year were in the tech sector; this was a 150% increase from 2014 (read more about it

Indiana's Education
Indiana's Four Star schools have been named by the Indiana Department of Education, for the year of 2014-2015! To be considered a four star school, the school has to rank in the top 25th percentile in ISTEP & ECA exam scores. Check out which schools made the list

To end the summer off is the annual Indiana State Fair where people from all over the state enjoy riding fair rides, eating fried food, and seeing the year’s largest hog in the swine barn.

Take a walk through the past and get a real feel of how people lived back in colonial times, at Connor Prairie in Fishers! They also offer hot air balloon rides. From spring to fall come to Symphony on the Prairie, to listen to big swing bands, classical music, and tributes to the greats.
